Hey there! I'm Molly, I've been a yoga and meditation student for 20 years and a Certified Yoga Teacher for a year! I'm a clinician and educator by background, so I combine science and philosophy to create engaging classes.

I took my first yoga class as an angsty, athletic (and stiff) teen and was immediately hooked. The novelty of the physical postures and the focus on breath and stillness were just what I needed to build confidence and nurture my body, mind and soul. 

I'm also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and have seen the transformative power that yoga has on on my clients with chronic conditions. I myself live with several autoimmune diseases and chronic conditions and yoga has always been a way to keep my body and mind in tip-top shape.

I created Wag Well Yoga to share my unique approach to yoga. Read more about my philosophy below!

My Philoposhy

Yoga is for everybody and EVERY BODY. You don't have to look like anyone else, you don't have to be perfect. Yoga is practice with deep spiritual roots and you can make it your own. While you want to be safe, there is no real "right way" to do yoga poses.
