Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this course is designed to help you make time for balance and tranquility in your busy schedule, and to inspire an in-home yoga practice. 

In addition to guided postures like a traditional yoga class, Molly's exclusive Yin Yoga Course includes an educational component, designed to help you release tension, enhance flexibility and build your own personalized, self-care practice.


What sets Yin Yoga apart?

Unlike Vinyasa or flow yoga sessions, which are more dynamic and build heat, Yin Yoga focuses on slow, meditative poses. Yin incorporates physical postures, Traditional Chinese Medicine practices, and meditation to work our often neglected connective tissue, nurturing body, mind, and soul.
